Indianapolis 500 Practice Day 4

The 4th day of Indianapolis 500 was a beautiful one. The weather conditions consisted of bright blue skies, near perfect temperatures and just a slight wind all day.

The first non-debris yellow of the day came just after 4pm when Ryan Hunter-Reay's Honda appeared to blow an engine on the backstretch. After the 2014 Indianapolis 500 winner got out of the car it was lifted onto a flatbed and towed back to the Andretti Autosport garage.

2,563 laps were turned by 32 drivers. Spencer Pigot, who crashed in yesterday's practice which was the result of a cut tire, was the lone driver without activity. Andretti Autosport's Alexander Rossi turned the most laps with 127.
