William Rast On Hunter-Reay Sidepods In Long Beach

Doesn't it look similar to Townsend Bell's ride last year? Deja Vu?

  1. Yes, but this car actually looks good; unlike Bells. Sweet diecast BTW.

  2. Bell's ride last year is like Bob Knight or the Yankees, you either Like them or hate them no in between. Love Bob Knight, hate the Yankees, and Love Bell's 08' paint scheme

  3. Where is Bell????? I know that he brought Rast to the IRL? Any hope for him at Vision?

  4. Last I heard he was looking into NAS*** with no avail. But I could see him in a Vision car for Indy. He drove for them a couple years ago and he has the William Rast connection

  5. Don't get mixing TWO different fashion co. sponsors... but if IZOD doesn't mind...

Also JMO but the Flat Olive & Bright Orange was the better WR paint scheme. Switched to red as the accent color for IZOD & SONAX??

  6. This years is much better, I hate the olive and orange. Bell should be in a car but there are much better people that need rides first.

  7. Red & dark silver has been seen before ( a non chromed McLaren). As a fashion statement & unique livery, the non gloss "army" green & orange William Rast made a bolder statement.

The '08 "William Rast" logo font looks more distinctive to the '09

  8. As I said... understand WHY the Flat Olive Green was dropped... but Bright Orange & the Dark Graphite would look SAWW-EEEEEAT!!!

Seems the major $$$ is IZOD & WR, so SONAX should adapt to the main sponsors (besides, I think this company has ran monochromatic logos on race cars before...)
