Helio Update

Yesterday, Monday February 9th a judge in Miami considered a motion placed on Castroneves' behalf that half of the charges of tax evasion should be thrown out because the statue of limitations is up. The defense claims that the charges from 99'-01' had to of been placed before the 6 year time limit. The judge has yet to make a decision on the motion for the case that is set to begin March 2nd.
