Brian Herta Autosport announced Tuesday the signing of 2014 Indy Lights Champion Gabby Chaves to a full-season Verizon IndyCar Series effort.
“I’m so excited and honored to be the latest Colombian driver in Indycar," said Chaves. "Our country has such a great history in the sport and especially at the Indianapolis 500 with drivers like Roberto Guerrero, Juan Pablo Montoya, and Carlos Munoz ~I can’t wait to make my own history there!”
Chaves will pilot the No. 98 BHA Honda vacated by Jack Hawksworth, who left for A.J. Foyt Racing, in the off season.

I sure wish it would have been Conor Daly or a full-time ride for Sage.
