Jewel To Sing National Anthem

3-time Grammy nominee, Jewel, has signed on to sing the National Anthem at the 94th Indianapolis 500 on May 30th. The Utah native who grew up in Alaska will celebrate her birthday on Bump Day, just one week before the Greatest Spectacle in Racing.

Other notable events include:

I'm under the impression the IRL has scraped the national anthem from all broadcasts, sooo, who cares?
