Sarah Fisher Set To Announce 2nd Driver

After struggling in it's first year of operation, Sarah Fisher Racing has slowly grown into a Team of the future.

Tomorrow at 3pm SFR is set to announce the addition of a 2nd car at select 2010 events. Although it has not been confirmed, it looks as though Dollar General will sponsor the #66 Dallara as well as Sarah's #67.

They will also announce the schedules for both cars. Expect more races for Sarah.

The driver has not been announced, but he/she will be on hand at tomorrow's Press Conference. If the new car is indeed sponsored by Dollar General, it makes since that the driver will not need to bring money. Thus opening up the possibilities to it being a competent deserving veteran without financial backing.

wow this is big news for Fisher Racing. I cant even begin to guess who the second driver would be but I am going to go with Darren Manning, perhaps she will pick up buddy rice. I dont know adding an extra car is always a good thing.

Since the PC is at 3:00, it won't be a Lights driver (since they are having a driver's meeting at that time).

And it won't be Buddy Rice, since Grand Am will be qualifying at that time.

My guess.... is Ryan Hunter-Reay.

RHR? No IZOD & Dollar General won't mix! JMO

Jay Howard is buying his way into a 4 race deal, starting at Indy.
