Chasing Balloons, that's what I plan on doing tomorrow morning. While some 35,000 runners including 2 Indycar drivers begin their 13.1 mile quest, I'll be on the road.
Both the balloon and mini-marathon races are set to get underway at 7:30 a.m. at which point time I'll park in Speedway and check the wind. Hopefully It'll be blowing east, so the balloons will float away from Indy and the road closings. If all goes well, I should be able to get some pretty good photos from the beginning, middle, and end of the race.
I'll have my laptop with me, so expect the first round of pictures to be posted between 7:30 and 8:00 a.m.

Yea, my dad tells me that back in the mid 80's some of the balloons that took off from the fair grounds landed in there backyard.
Thats the cool thing about balloon races, nobody knows where there gona go.
It should be interesting tomorrow. I'll do my best to get some good shots.
