Wilson & Servia Land '500' Rides

Two drivers on opposite ends of the spectrum have landed rides in next month's Indianapolis 500. One will be a 26-year-old rookie, the other a 41-year-old veteran attempting to make his 8th race.

Stefan Wilson, younger brother of Justin Wilson, was announced Tuesday afternoon to have signed with KVSH Racing to pilot the No. 25 Indiana Donor Network & Gap Guard Chevrolet.

Stefan's brother Justin, who past away from injuries sustained in an accident last August at Pocono Raceway, helped save the lives of 5 people with his donation. The Indiana Donor Network has partnered with Wilson with a goal of adding an additional 2,500 donors through the campaign. You can learn more and sign-up at Driven2SaveLives.org.

In addition to running the No. 25, the number Justin used last season with Andretti Autosport, Stefan will use a special helmet to commemorate his late brother.

The deal was also put together with help from Gap Guard, who will serve as a co-sponsor on the car. Gap Guard is a foam device used to prevent items from falling between the seats in a vehicle and is ran by Dale Pelfrey, a longtime owner in the Mazda Road to Indy and Indianapolis 500 participant.

Schmidt Peterson Motorsports has announced the signing of Oriol Servia to pilot the team's 3rd entry in the 100th running of the Indianapolis 500.

The deal also brings Marotti Racing and founder Will Marotti into the team's fold. Marotti, who has not missed an Indianapolis 500 since 1969, will serve as a co-entrant on Servia's No. 77 entry.

John Green to Pace Angie's List Grand Prix

The Indianapolis Motor Speedway announced Sunday author John Green as Pace Car driver for next month's Angie's List Grand Prix. Green, who lives in Indianapolis, will pace the field in a 2016 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray Coupe.

"John is a huge IndyCar and Indianapolis Motor Speedway fan and we have been looking for the right opportunity to get him involved in one of the events," said J. Douglas Boles, President of the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. "Having him drive the Chevrolet Pace Car for the Angie's List Grand Prix of Indianapolis is a great way for him to be part of this historic month."

Green, an author of primarily teen-targeted books including Looking for Alaska, Paper Towns and The Fault in Our Stars, has a huge online following. The 38-year-old's social media accounts include:
