The maximum capacity of the fuel cell shall be 18.5 U.S. Gallons.

#77 Fined $5,000
The #77 Schmidt Hamilton Motorsports car of Simon Pagenaud has been fined $5,000 for failing post-race technical inspection following last weeks event at Iowa.

If it was not enough to effect the race results, then why even bother penalizing them?
ReplyDeleteBecause it could have played a role and they still violated the rule.
DeleteIt would be like running the light at a vacant intersection. Didn't affect anyone, but If you get caught you've still gotta pay the ticket.
