In the wake of winning the Pole for the 93rd Indy 500 and just now victorious in the pit stop competition, prosecutors have dropped the 7th and final charge against Helio Castroneves. Helio was cleared on 6 of the 7 counts just over a month ago in a Miami courtroom allowing the 34 year old to compete in Long Beach and beyond.

I still think he is guilt -- He just paid a great lawyer enough money to let him stay in the USA and keep his job. The Fed. Prosecuters could not go toe-to-toe with the team of lawyers that Helio assembled. Now, he is qualified for a job with the new administration!
